“The Presidential Delivery Tracker and CDCU website serve as a means to disseminate information about public service delivery to the public, receive public feedback, and identify/suggest ways to improve. “At this critical point in Nigerian history, public trust is a key component of building democracy in Nigeria. “This initiative aligns with the principles of open government partnerships to improve transparency, accountability, public participation and resilience through technology and innovation. “We hope that the Presidential Delivery Tracker will promote a shared understanding of government, citizen partnerships and how to improve governance in Nigeria. To what extent do citizens trust that their involvement in public health will lead to positive outcomes?”
